Business Development Manager – E-Learning Solution Sales
45-55k base, 80-90k OTE + Excellent Benefits
As a rapidly growing e-learning company with an expanding suite of products, our client has a strong and growing global presence. With their solid blue chip customer base spread throughout Europe, the US and Australasia, and an ever expanding portfolio of e-learning solutions that covers everything from Business Process through to IT Governance, they are well placed to build upon their market leading positions. They now have an immediate and exciting opening in London for a skilled Business Development Manager
As a London based Business Development Manager, you will:
- Target both SME and corporate level accounts on a global scale, in both public and private sectors
- Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities, utilising inbound leads, an extensive database and numerous marketing initiatives
- Nurture prospects through a lengthy sales cycle, through maintaining control, developing relationships and constant engagement
- Work alongside both internal and external colleagues to deliver a first class sales proposition
- Complete in-house training (TOGAF, BPMN, ITL, COBIT)
The ideal sales candidate will:
- Be degree level educated and possess 4-5+ years previous sales experience gained in the ICT sector
- Possess prior exposure to the L&D sector (highly advantageous but not a necessity)
- Have a technical understanding, be an excellent communicator and possess the natural ability to identify opportunities
- Be highly motivated, eager to learn, tenacious, determined and driven
The successful candidate can expect an initial base salary circa 45-55k with an uncapped OTE of 80-90k. In addition there is a generous benefits package and excellent training available.
