Senior Multichannel Analyst - Digital Focus

A 'start up' Greenfield opportunity has arisen with a 'successful digital transformation agency based in Central London. You will be working in partnership with some of the UK's leading analytical talents delivering digital and customer analysis to a variety of retailers, travel companies and entertainment brands.

This is the first role of its kind to be hired in house, so whilst you will still have the support of the current partner agency you will be responsible for setting up and growing the multichannel analytics team from scratch - so would be a fantastic opportunity for those ambitious analysts who are looking to step into management in the next 12-18 months.

Alternatively, if management is not part of your career plan, a team will be built around you (inc a manager) with you as the Lead Analyst.

You will be working in a fast paced environment, primarily shaping multichannel data strategies to provide a holistic view for world leading clients, and with the insights you provide, you will be helping those clients gain more from the data and ultimately, customers they have.

You will need to have an understanding of all things analytical, with broad experience of turning data into actionable insights from multiple channels. The role is heavily weighted towards digital analysis, with a strong focus on optimisation or a/b split multi-variate testing; so experience in this area is key.

Right now, the focus is on candidates with predominantly digital analysis skills, ideally plus some statistical skills, but we'd be keen to talk to anyone with an interest in working in this space of multi-channel analytics.

Position: Senior Multichannel Analyst- Digital Focus

Location: CentralLondon

Salary: £50k - £60k

You will have extensive experience of a full range of multichannel measurement methods, including, but not limited to, social media, financial modelling techniques, segmentation, attitudinal surveys and emerging measurement techniques and analytical methods.

Experience required

  • Educated to a degree level in numerate or relevant subject
  • A strong background in web or digital analytics, with skills in digital optimisation techniques, such as A/B split run testing
  • Experience using Web Analytical tools such as WebTrends, Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics (Site Catalyst / Omniture) are essential, and ideally some exposure to social media analysis
  • Complimentary experience in statistical analysis using tools such as SAS, SPSS, SQL, R and Python for data manipulation and analysis - SQL essential
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with potential client facing experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
