Our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for multi-currency sales invoices and purchase orders including the processing of invoices and uploading invoices onto accounts system. A good working knowledge of Excel would be advantageous in this role and the company uses Xero accounts software, so previous experience of this would be an advantage, though not essential. A solid knowledge of accounts duties would be beneficial, so this role may suit someone who has studied AAT or similar.

This is a part-time role, for between 18-23 hours a week. Ideally, these hours would be split over 5 afternoons a week, e.g. Monday - Friday, 1pm-5.30pm. However, the company can also be flexible and accommodate those who want school hours or to split the hours over full days. This is a contract role lasting 6 months, with the potential to lead to a permanent contract.
