A well-known global financial services provider who are growing their UK presence are looking for someone to work with the COO and CRO responsible for the regular MI reporting of Operational Risk within Construction.
Your new role
A Global Financial Services provider are looking for an Operational Risk specialist with experience in managing a large number of properties within the retirement business.
This financial services organisation are building out their facilities and ventures within construction which requires an individual with a strong operational risk background in construction and health & safety. You will be working with senior management to document and implement the Operational Risk Framework along with a tool kit to carry out Operational Due Diligence of new investment acquisitions. Additionally the role encompasses creating MI to monitor the Operational Risk Framework including the reporting of breaches and supporting Group Wide Risk workshops.
What you'll need to succeed
Expertise in Operational Risk is imperative along with a background in health and safety and/or construction and property. You will be required to demonstrate experience of reviewing information, extracting data to create reports and designing and documenting processes. Experience of process engineering is required as well as a strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills to interact with various stakeholders throughout the group.
