Student Services Officer (Centre Administration and Finance)
In this varied and busy role, you be working within a Student Services team to provide a first class administrative service to the Birmingham Centre. You will deal with enquiries from clients, visitors and staff and ensure professionalism and excellent customer service at all times.
You will provide financial support to the Centre and manage Events. You will also provide administrative assistance to other members of the Student Support team and cover our busy reception on occasions.
You will be educated to at least 'A’ level standard (or equivalent) and have strong customer service and administration skills. You will be able to build rapport quickly with customers and remain calm when under pressure. Experience of a similar role within an education environment would be an advantage.
