Arrival Coordinators are our mobile concierges and are our guests’ first point of contact - in fact, you’ll often be the only 'face’ of the company our guests see. You’ll be responsible for ensuring all their requirements are met, their arrival is seamless and that they experience our exceptional customer service from the moment they arrive. You’ll be out and about, making sure that our apartments are ready for guests to check in to, meeting our guests face-to-face, delivering items to them and making people smile. This is a busy role where you’ll get to know London inside-out so you’ll need lots of drive, energy and enthusiasm as well as the ability to think on your feet. The flexibility of the rolling shift pattern also means more freedom for spontaneous travelling and time-off relaxing.
As well as a competitive OTE of up to £20,000 p/a (dependent on experience), benefits include an uplift payment for weekend shifts, 70% of London travelcard zones 1-2 paid, 5 nights in a luxury apartment per year, pension and private healthcare.
