This is a great opportunity for an Operations Analyst to join a dynamic new start up fintech company. The role is to manage the day to day running the payment services and customer related services.
Make sure all Payment transactions failing STP are repaired and within deadlines RTGS, CHAPS, Fast Payments, Bacs, Visa, MasterCard.
Be responsible for maintenance of Direct Debits and Standing Orders.
Handle customer queries relating to payments.
Manage all static data tasks aligned with the opening, closing and day to day account maintenance of F1 and SME accounts.
Maintain an understanding of AML, KYC, banking sanctions and FCA regulations to make sure that handling of customer accounts complies at all time.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of payments processing experience with a background in banking or a customer focused arena.
