Senior / Relationship Director - Hospitality, Leisure, Hotels & Healthcare
Our banking client has recently embarked on an exciting journey to grow and diversify their business throughout the UK.
They are establishing themselves as a refreshing and responsive alternative to the mainstream clearing banks.
The bank is self-funded, profitable and looking to double the number of employees and increase the size of their balance sheet five fold over the next 4 years.
They like to do things the old fashioned way where relationships are key, call centre’s are non-existent and decisions are made locally and quickly.
To originate, execute and manage thereafter non property secured lending deals of less than £10m per transaction.
Experience of lending to the Hospitality, Leisure, Hotels and / or Healthcare sectors is highly desirable.
You will be the figure head for the bank’s non-property business as they roll out their proposition across the region.
YOU WILL NEED:
To be a highly experienced commercial or corporate banker with extensive demonstrable business development skills and the professional network that comes with it to allow you to hit the ground running.
You will need to have strong credit risk and deal execution capabilities along with the ability to successfully manage ongoing relationships.
