My client is a market leader within their sector and are now recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join their vibrant sales team based in Milton Keynes.

Role responsibilities:

  • Making outbound B2B cold calls, engaging customers and closing sales
  • Identify and close sales opportunities, must be comfortable within a full 360 sale role
  • Hitting weekly and monthly sales targets, this is a highly target driven role
  • Follow up prospects who have been given previous quotes with a view to closing the deal
  • Updating database and spreadsheets and accurately complete all administrative tasks, ensuring all information is reported efficiently

Essential requirements:

  • Previous telesales experience is essential, minimum 12 months
  • Outbound telesales experience is desirable
  • Confident and professional telephone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Motivated and target driven to achieve sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work as part of a team to achieve sales targets
  • Computer literate and competent using the full Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
