Our client is going through rapid growth this year and requires multiple facilities coordinators took look after their technical services.

The client is a major facilities and property management company with contracts across London and the UK.

Description

As a building operations coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • Creating schedules for planned maintenance
  • attendance to reactive maintenance
  • Management of building stock (e.g. bulbs, filters and power supplies)
  • Site Inspections

Profile

Please apply if you have:

  • Previous experience of working within a in a high profile corporate environment
  • Diploma/degree level in technical discipline
  • Previous reception or hospitality experience

Job Offer

£28-32,000 is on offer to the right candidate.
