CRM Conversion Executive


Package: £35-40K base salary plus a bonus and relocation package (if required)


My client is a leading online betting operator who operate on a Global scale they are among the most popular and most visited website in the gambling industry and continue to grow exponentially

The Role:

As a CRM Conversion Executive you will work within the department to manage and optimise customer journeys at the early stage of the players' lifetime. You will coordinate within the team, and with relevant stakeholders to ensure that the customer receives marcomms that will drive engagement in line with the brand.


  • The CRM Conversion Executive will be responsible for the performance of the welcome journeys' from First Time Deposits to Active Player Days.
  • Coordinate and knowledge share with the acquisition team in order to optimise the conversion performance across all channels
  • Test and improve each journey against key performance metrics
  • Profile customer behaviour in order to identify relevant upsell and cross-sell opportunities that will drive loyalty
  • Work closely with the CRM Delivery Team to ensure that all communications to customers are briefed and coordinated on time
  • Ensure that all communications meet brand guidelines
  • Ensure all communications are up-to-date and are compliant with advertising, regulatory and legislative standards for the relevant territory
  • Provide timely reports based on specific KPIs, in conjunction with the BI team
  • Understand and execute customer segmentation with the available marketing tools
  • Collaborate with our 3rd party data management company
  • Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action QA of all Welcome Journey campaigns


  • Support to manage all welcome journeys
  • Improving conversion rate by analysing customer behaviour
  • Implementing more automated journeys in order to reduce manual workload
  • Provide solutions and improvements for processes and/or operational issues
  • Make sure that the quality of campaigns meet brand requirements

The Person:

  • Minimum 2 year's CRM experience in an online gaming or e-commerce environment
  • Hardworking team player with strong communication skills
  • Very good understanding of customer journeys and customer life cycle
  • Experience with campaign management, email marketing (Silverpop), SMS and Push message tools
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to get things done
  • Excellent numerical and strong data analysis skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build good team relationships
  • The confidence and credibility to challenge and manage the business leaders and senior partners, as well as build bridges and harmonise divergent interests and priorities that can exist within a matrix management structure
  • Ability to use initiative, manage workload and deadlines, influence without authority, and problem solve
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • HTML knowledge
