Customer Services Consultant - PROPERTY INVESTMENT
This customer service/sales focused role is within a fast growing company, in turn based within an expanding market. An exciting time to join this company, diversifying into new markets - for those that do well, progression and development is very much part of the package.
The Company: This client is part of an established Property Investment group, trading in residential properties throughout the UK. This office has quickly expanded to 14 people, but expansion and diversification is ongoing, so this number is set to grow quickly with 3 more roles now ready to be filled.
The Role: This Customer Services Consultant post is effectively that of a Customer Service/Sales Negotiator, dealing with valued customers and assisting them with a guaranteed house sale. There is NO COLD CALLING, every lead is generated via email or calls into the business, so each lead will welcome a call to discuss their options. You will call back these leads and oversee the transaction of current clients and this will involve a range of communications - texts from the system, updating clients via email, calls and letters.
There is also an important administration element to the role, ensuring that the database is continuously updated with any case progress made and changes to client details. There is a target element to the role, which currently equates to 3 properties completing per month and this is very achievable. The role works on a shift basis, three weeks per month being Mon - Fri, 9am to 6pm and one week per month working 11am to 8pm. Once a month you would be expected to work a weekend and those hours would be 10am to 3pm on Saturday and Sunday - for this you would get an additional days holiday in lieu per month.
Skills / Experience Required: Our client is looking for someone with at least 1-2 years call centre experience, a degree level education, someone willing to work hard and provide the best customer service possible.
Additional Information: Salary for this role is £23,000 and OTE can take earnings to around £40,000. Diversification and expansion means that for those that knuckle down and produce good results, development and progression is very much on the agenda.
