Our client, a provider of high-end serviced accommodation in central and south west London, is looking for an energetic Operations & Guest Services Assistant to work alongside the property management team.
Primary responsibilities are:
- Guest arrival checks and allocation of keys
- Addressing guest related housekeeping issues across the apartment portfolio
- Liaison with maintenance team, monitoring works and liaising/updating guests
- Visiting apartments to keep abreast of guest related matters liaising with management team with regard to property maintenance
Candidates should have relevant experience dealing with the general public ideally from the property or hotel sectors. You must have your own transport as public services to the office location are limited and be prepared to travel to London when required. In addition you must be prepared to work at weekends if necessary and be part of a one week in six out of hours rota system although no more than 6 days of work are expected in any 7 day period. Hours are 8.30am to 6pm.
