Online Sales Account Manager - City of London
Our client is a bespoke global provider of online web sales. They are developing their presence in the UK.
On their behalf we are seeking an exceptional Client Account Manager.
You will be responsible for developing and growing accounts on a national basis.
The role will require the ability to create, develop and maintain client relationships.
Prepare and manage client accounts - including budget and invoice management
Train and support new clients on company software package
Feedback to internal departments in relation to software development
Highly developed communication skills
Attention to detail
Similar experience within an online sales experience
Proven experience of client coaching
In- depth knowledge of Office suites, Salesforce and web navigation
