We are looking for a performance marketer with a keen interest in paid social marketing as well as language learning. You will be joining a fast growing startup and a great marketing team to enhance your acquisition skills!

In terms of background, you have worked on Facebook Paid Social campaigns before, ideally for an ecommerce or mobile focused business. You are obsessed with Excel and know the latest tricks of how to analyse complex data, you love problem solving and thinking outside of the box. You won’t rest until you have achieved your revenue and ROI target.

What does a Junior Digital Acquisition Manager do at busuu

  • Run our global paid acquisition via Facebook and other social channels
  • Work on both web conversion and mobile install campaigns across multiple countries
  • Bidding, ad concept creation and testing, audience targeting testing, beta testing
  • Ad Set and Advert analysis and optimisation
  • Campaign reporting and optimisation for target ROI
  • Manage and optimise the Facebook product portfolio (Newsfeed, Instagram, Audience Network etc.) across multiple markets
  • Diversify and expand our paid social acquisition channel through testing, beyond just Facebook

What we are looking for from a Junior Digital Acquisition Manager at busuu

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • You are enthusiastic about numbers and optimising for them
  • Passionate for all things digital marketing
  • Worked on Facebook campaigns before
  • Twitter and other social channel experience would be a plus
  • Would be beneficial to have used an automation tool before
  • Experience in managing cross-market activity is not essential, but would be advantageous
  • Passion for marketing, test & learn approach
  • Good operating knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Google Docs and worked with tools like Slack, Jira or Confluence, and Google Analytics
  • Team player and someone who enjoys working with other people from different countries
  • Digital native, mobile apps are your world
  • Fluent in English and proficient in at least one other language
