Ongoing temporary Payroll position in Avonmouth

Your new company
You will be working for an SME Engineering company based in Avonmouth, Bristol

Your new role
You will be the main point of contact for Payroll, and be responsible for the timely production of accurate weekly/monthly Payroll and Payroll reconciles to the accounts. You will process weekly and monthly Payroll, collating and inputting information for payroll, including new starters, leavers, benefits, contract changes, sickness payments, maternity and paternity payments etc. You will also run all Payroll tax year end procedures and associated reporting, post all weekly/monthly Payroll journals ensuring they match the GL, and monthly/yearly RTI reconciliations - reconcile with HMRC gateway and ensure communicating any variances and managing one-off tax issues as appropriate with HMRC.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a strong background in Payroll, be highly organised with strong analytical skills, have the ability to work individually or as part of a team, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
