A part-time vacancy has arisen for a small, local company based in Aylesbury.
Your new role
This role is part-time, 9.30am until 3pm Monday to Friday (27.5 hours). The salary is around £20,000, worked out on a pro-rata basis.
For this role, your tasks will involve:
- Being the first point of contact for incoming calls
- Sorting out daily post
- Credit control
- Resolving credit control queries
- Maintaining the aged debtors spreadsheet
- Matching invoices to Po's
- Processing purchase invoices and overhead invoices
- Resolving purchase invoice queries
- Setting up monthly payment runs
- Adhoc tasks
What you'll need to succeed
You do not need to have experience for this position, however this would be an advantage. They are looking for someone quite settled to join their friendly team in Aylesbury. You will need to be conscientious with excellent attention to detail.
