A Registered Branch Manager is required for South Birmingham paying 25-30k.


Your new company
You will be working for a large housing association as a Registered Domiciliary Manager, providing services for customers within the community and sheltered scheme settings.

Your new role
You will be managing the full range of domiciliary care services, ensuring they meet CQC standards and are compliant with Care Act 2015. You will be managing all day to day aspects of the services, whilst supervising and supporting the team.You will be responsible for driving the business forward to achieve and exceed KPI's and targets, delivering an outstanding level of care which considers the needs of individual customers. You will also be implementing Quality Assurance through monthly audits and spot checks, and maintaining accurate and up to date assessments, Care Plans, Risk Assessments and records as required. You will also be developing and managing relationships with Local Authorities and customers and their families, as well as dealing with all staffing requirements in regard to recruitment, and training.

What you'll need to succeed
You should have previously worked as a registered manager for a domiciliary care service. This is a managerial role, supervising and monitoring the team within the domiciliary care services therefore leadership qualities, effective communication and interpersonal skill are essential. You should have previously managed a remote and diverse staff team, including dealing with recruitment, discipline and grievances and absence management. You should also have excellent IT skills, including the use of Excel spreadsheets care software. You will need to be flexible to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays when required, and hold a Full UK Driving License.
