Sales Director - Electronics
Sales Director is required to be based in Hampshire. You will work under a shareholder board for a growing engineering manufacturer with an excellent reputation.
You will have responsibility for the sales function of the company in this newly created position. The client is experiencing growth on top of their £10 million Turnover and want to double their turnover within 5 years.
You must come from a Sales Director background with a company of a similar size, with knowledge of Electronic Products. Customers include large Blue Chip companies and SME's from highly technical backgrounds.
You will be based in the South, ideally Hampshire, relocators are at a disadvantage. This is a new position so the opportunity is only open you if you have ties in the area.

Commercial performance of the company
Implementing the structural changes needed
Meeting expected growth
Work with the Board to develop and agree a business unit strategy
Report progress to the Board via board meeting
Ensure the business meets all legal requirements
Manage direct reports (Sales, Marketing, and Product Management)
Actively work with the board to ensure the success of the company
Basic is circa £100K but negotiable DOE
