Your new role:
This job will report to the Financial Controller within the Finance department. You will be maintaining; Purchase Ledger records, Agency Accounts records, the expenses of management processes and online bank payments system. In addition to that you will be responsible for; Raising invoices, bank reconciliations, maintenance of the broker ledgers and management of online bank payments systems. Your job will contribute to the overall success of the Finance Department by assisting it in achieving its objectives.
What you will need to succeed: In order to be successful you need to have experience in an all-round Accounts Assistant job. You need have good knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and experience using SAP is also desirable. The ability to work individually and as part of a team is essential.
