My client is an amazing company to work for and due to a high volume of projects coming through a great opportunity has arisen for a good Technical Co-ordinator to join their team of 6. This opportunity is for a Technical Co-ordinator to manage 2-3 projects ranging from £5-8m with support from a Technical Manager. This is a rare opportunity for Technical Coordinator will the following:
- Residential experience
- Developer experience (main contractor may be considered if very high calibre)
- A 'can do attitude'
- Experience of working as Technical Co-ordinator for a reputable construction company
- Professional and very ambitious
