You will be working for a well renowned University in London. Your new role
You will be joining a thriving and busy facilities and estates team where you will be assisting in the complete process for PLANET and it's operational success. You will be providing low level training & documentation, be a point of knowledge and reference for both internal & external teams. You will be setting up contactor handheld devices and providing support to contractors & Internal teams. You will manage and support CAFM development & Issues log, import & update PPM, Assets and other records within PLANET (amendments, renewals, additions, deletions or terminations of service contracts, etc.). Identification and creation in PLANET of new PPM tasks, routing updates and entries. Other duties and responsibilities include draft, design and management of system & data reports, processing internal and external enquiries on contract/PPM services provided, creating & supporting performance dashboards for various managers & public view, updating of handheld applications as directed by team leader, analysing plant & asset history data and report as appropriate, data validation, review and inputting from data collection sheets.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will have previous knowledge of implementation, development, and support of this system is required. Also a knowledge of the reporting suite or development of SSRS reporting format. You must have a facilities background and understand both hard and soft FM and be willing to carry out any other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by the line manager or Head of Department/Division. You will be hard working and be competent in all aspects of your role as the client requires someone to hit the ground running and has not got time to provide training to bring someone up to speed.
