Design Manager - Tier One Main Contractor - Mixed-Use- North London

A highly respected Tier One Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead a £30m residential project based on site in North London.

As a leading Main Contractor in the UK and overseas they cover civils, build and repairs and maintenance. This particular vacancy is for the residential division which is a well established and profitable side of the business. The Design Manager will have great support on the project from a Design Co-ordinator that has been with the company for many years.

The successful Design Manager will possess the following:

  • Experience with a Main Contractor/Developer in the UK
  • Residential experience
  • Good knowledge of regulations
  • A Stable work history
  • A construction related degree
