Design Manager - Main Contractor - South London - £65-75k + package

My client is a medium sized Main contractor with a Head Office based in Essex specialising in residential and mixed use projects ranging from £15-120m. They have been operating in the market for over 30 years and hold a very good name in the market. They maintain very good relationships with clients & subcontractors which paired with their success in delivery guarantees them repeat business time after time.

Due to expansion a great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Design Manager to lead a £60m mixed-use project based in South London. My client is seeking a Design manager with the following experience:

  • Experience of working for a Main Contractor
  • RC Frame experience
  • Confident in your ability
  • Proven track record of leading projects as a lead Design Manager
  • Experience of working site based

In return this Main Contractor can offer the successful Design Manager the following:

  • A basic salary of £65-75k + package
  • A car or car allowance £6,400
