We have a great new Completions Manager role to be based in London offering up to £48,000 with a great benefits package. The main purpose of the role will be to manage the full Completions function within the Commercial Mortgages Department.

Responsibilities for the role of Completions Manager

  • Responsible for the completion process from receipt of the draft Certificate of Title through to completion
  • Support the daily processing and execution of routine and non-routine transactions related to mortgage payment processing including redemptions
  • Update and document loan history on the company's databases and systems, maximising the systems capability and using it both as a task prompt and as an audit trail
  • Point of contact for Solicitors and Lending Managers regarding legal due diligence, documentation and any pre completion requirements
  • Ensuring security properly taken and registered and all conditions have been satisfied before loan drawdown
  • Regular and ongoing review of policies and procedures

Experience required for the role of Completions Manager

  • Extensive previous experience of managing the full mortgage completions process
  • Legal conveyancing experience is essential
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Word and Excel are essential
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills
  • Good communication skills and a strong awareness of risk

Location: Liverpool Street, London
Salary: Up to £45-48,000 plus 25 days annual leave, pension, Bupa and much more
