Our client's software for patient safety is used by 80% of the NHS throughout the UK and has a rapidly growing customer base in healthcare in the USA, Canada, Australia and the Middle East. The software is used by health systems, hospitals and other healthcare providers to report patient safety incidents, monitor patient feedback and manage risk. They develop, maintain and support our own software and provide training and consultancy services to allow our customers to get the most benefit. Reporting to the Financial Manager, this role will be responsible for all aspects of accounts payable including processing invoices, processing employees' expenses, reconciliation of receipts with credit card expenses, carrying out payment runs and dealing with queries from suppliers.

Job Description:

- Responsible for all aspects of accounts payable
- Processing invoices and employees' expenses
- Reconciliation of receipts with credit card expenses
- Responsible for payment runs and dealing with queries from suppliers
- Responsible for performing supplier statement reconciliations
- Authorisation of invoices and bank reconciliations
- Maintaining financial spreadsheets and records
- Assisting with month end procedures
- Making timely payments to suppliers and employees
- Helping preparation for the annual audit
- Any other ad hoc duties

Skills/Experience:

- Candidates must have a 2.1 or equivalent Degree and an ambition to study or already studyingCIMA/ACCA
- GCSEsin English and Mathematics are a minimum requirement
- The successful candidate will be proactive, resilient and ambitious with the desire to progress in a fast moving and growing business
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Good time management skills with the ability to effectivelyorganiseandprioritiseworkload
- Excellent Excel skills
- If possible experience on Financial Force and Salesforce
- Possess strong written and verbal skills
- Great Team player and have the ability to work alone
- Excellent accurate, logical and methodical approach to work with the ability to pay close attention to detail
