This leading Retail Security Company, is seeking a Business Development Manager, to proactively prospect new business opportunities. The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be seeking new business opportunities, both by self-generating and via warm leads. With an established brand name behind you, you will be attending meetings with new prospects, creating tailored solutions from the broad portfolio on offer. This unrivalled portfolio encompasses all retail security solutions, primarily RFID and EAS security tags. You will be approaching the retail market, liaising with c-level decision makers, you will be representing the company in a well presented and polished manner.

The Candidate:
To excel in your role as Business Development Market you must have experience and knowledge within the Retail security arena. You will have a proven track record against targets, with a strong understanding of the key decision makers in the space. With a target-driven attitude, you will strive to achieve and exceed all given targets.

The Package:
On offer for the successful candidate is a basic salary of £45,000 - £50,000, depending on experience. On top of this there is an excellent commission structure in place, bringing your OTE up to £90,000. There is an excellent blueprint for progression in place, which ensures that if you achieve set goals you can rapidly progress into a senior position.
