They have an in-house monitoring centre, which provides a "best in class" service and runs in line with all industry regulations, additionally this business has invested heavily in accreditations and health and safety standards which bodes very well with regards to brand image and when going through tender processes for business and their operational capability is excellent since all operations are done in house via their operations, systems design, installation engineering and maintenance department.

Role Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Management of a portfolio with a value of £6 million
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Manage Operations and help client relation to grow the business
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed account growth potential
- Ensuring your on-going training and career development to ensure an improving, competent and up to date skill set and competency level within both the technical knowledge element of the role and senior level sales skills, the business invests heavily in employee advancement and therefore you will constantly develop your skills
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal points of contact within your account portfolio
- Working with colleagues to ensure account growth is maximised
- Champion positive customer oriented culture through all areas of the business

· Communicate with customer and ensure swift resolution to customer issues

· Build recognition and awareness of the brand through key client stakeholders

· Act as a role model for collaborative working across the business and wider UK team

- Build peer relationship with other stakeholders within the wider UK team

Leadership

· Management of the helpdesk team, ensuring proficiency and consistent improvement

· Management of personnel within account portfolio

· Understand the competitor landscape and commercial implications on the business and have contingencies for these threats

Financial, Operational and Technical Leadership

· Ensure a strong relationship with the operations team in each location

· Ensure delivery of KPI's

· To keep abreast of new service offerings and technology in the market

· Provide advice and assistants to other divisions and peers, as appropriate

· To undertake any other tasks appropriate, in keeping with the skills, knowledge and experience of the post holder.

The successful candidate should have the ability to exercise their role in the pursuit of achievement of the group strategy as a whole. In addition to this the role requires the capacity to understand and meet customer expectations in line with their needs vs capabilities.

Person and Skills Required:

- Understanding of security solutions is highly advantageous
- Account Management experience working with high value national accounts
- Financially astute
- Demonstrable commercial acumen
- Integrity and openness
- Self-motivated
- Strong communication skills at all levels
- Experience of commercial sales
- Ability to manage people and processes
- Results orientated and motivated
