Taking the UK market by storm, our client is an innovative and rapidly growing beauty company that allows their customers to try products from some of the nation's leading brands before they buy them. A fantastic opportunity has now arisen for a Business Development Manager to join their team.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling our client's platform to beauty brands, as well as sourcing samples for the company's beauty boxes.

Approaching a variety of beauty companies, you'll build strong relationships with both existing and potential customers and organise meetings to effectively showcase our client's platform. Working alongside the Commercial Director, you'll develop engaging proposals to highlight the unique opportunities that our client's concept offers to each brand.

Liaising with Account Managers, you'll ensure that each company campaign is correctly set up and that all brands are 100% satisfied with the results generated. Additionally, you'll constantly seek to increase your number of brand contacts, through conducting online research, as well as visiting industry events and trade shows.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- Previous B2B sales experience

Creative and driven, as a Business Development Manager, you must have a confident, 'hands on' approach, great communication skills and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment. Superb planning and organisational abilities are also essential.

Experience gained within the beauty and cosmetics industry would be beneficial to your application. A degree would also be an advantage.
