A rare opportunity has arisen for a Lead Engineer to join a highly exciting digital venture in their prestigious London offices. You will demonstrate a real passion for product innovation, Ruby, React and Node.js technologies as well as a desire to make a difference in the digital world.

Working in an Agile environment, as a Lead Engineer, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team of experts, leading the development of disruptive digital products across web, mobile and other devices. You will utilise full stack cutting edge technologies including Ruby on Rails, React and Node.js. to develop solutions from inception to product launch. Projects will have elements of digital innovation, product design, product development, and commercialisation.

To be considered, suitable applicants must have demonstrable experience of working on cutting edge innovation projects, where as a Lead Software Engineer, you will have developed proof of concept solutions, ideally as a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and been involved at each stage of the development lifecycle.

This position assumes leadership responsibility for leading engineering teams and being part of key strategic decision making for digital ventures and products.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of world-class business, product management, and product design / technology professionals with deep knowledge and experience in digital businesses and solutions - from mobile applications and ecommerce, to new and emerging digital solutions yet to be realised.
