We supply new and used vehicles together with fleet management and finance packages to businesses across the UK. We are based in Fareham, Hampshire and are looking for an Account Manager to join us.

Account Manager - Job Description:

Create and manage a profitable business portfolio in line with a monthly profit target. Selling all aspects of vehicle management, vehicle supply and disposal including fulfilling all customers finance requirements.

Sales activities:

* Telephone - Cold calling prospective business customers to ascertain future buying plans
* Telephone - Warm calling previous and existing customers to ascertain future buying plans
* Email shots to existing and prospective customers with relevant offers, databases are available for all industry sectors
* Letters - Direct mail shots to targeted markets
* Breakfast / Lunch networking meetings for direct contact with business buyers
* Business clubs for direct contact with business buyers

Finance Products Available:

* Business Contract Hire, Personal Contract Hire, Business & Personal Contract Purchase, Finance Lease, Hire Purchase, Daily Rental

Full training with annual industry tests will be completed to ensure full finance product knowledge in accordance with FCA regulations.

Vehicle purchasing - purchase new and used vehicles, on behalf of customers, in line with Company Policy and remain in control of vehicle funding, collection, preparation & delivery.

Customer Record Management - ACT! By Sage for full customer recording keeping regarding deals done and diary system for customer contact management.

Data Storage - Internal electronic record management in line with the Data Protection Act.

As the Account Manager, you will be working within a dynamic team of individuals making outbound calls along with answering inbound queries. You will need to be logical thinking and be able to work individually and as part of a team, in order to complete tasks accurately and on time.

The Account Manager role will be targeted on revenue and you will need to be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Hours of work are 9.00am-5.30pm Monday to Friday. A full driving licence is essential.

Salary: Salary + Commission - £40K OTE + Car Negotiable
