The Role:
As a Business Development Manager you will proactively be prospecting new profitable opportunities across a wide range of verticals. With a broad portfolio of E-Learning and training Solutions, you will be liaising with several c-level decision makers on a daily basis. Based in the field, you will be need to get to an office in central London.
The Candidate:
The ideal Business Development Manager will have a proven track record within Training, or Learning for a minimum of two years. You will be a self-starter, someone who can open up doors and maintain relationships which you have built. Experience selling into the corporate market will be advantageous. You will a proactive individual who can source new deals in the market and have a results-driven mentality with a view to maximize revenue and growth from all sectors.

The Package:
Although the salary package will be negotiable dependent on previous experience, initial indication is base salary of between £25,000 and £30,000. On top of this is a rewarding commission structure, that brings your first year on target earnings up to £60,000.
