We're looking to hire a Commercial Finance Manager to provide our teams with financial assistance and commercial insight in support of our award-winning healthcare platform.

Our business is growing rapidly and we're looking for a talented individual to support management in our mission to become the number one online healthcare company in the world.

You will spend most of your time:

- Preparing financial budgets and forecasts in collaboration with senior management and other relevant stakeholders

- Preparing timely and accurate management reports that identify positive and negative variances against budgets, and providing management with an analysis of monthly business performance

- Participating in the formulation and implementation of strategic business plans

- Reviewing material contracts with suppliers, customers and investors

- Managing the external reporting process and relationships with external auditors

- Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements

- Reviewing financial processes and internal controls to ensure compliance with best practice

- Analysing financial information and providing commercial insight to senior management to assist them in delivering against our strategic plans and financial goals

- Managing other ad hoc processes such as raising capital and liaising with potential investors

- Based in our central-London office in Angel.

You will:

- Enjoy working in a team-based environment where you'll be working closely with senior management

- Be a quick learner with a proven track record of delivering quality outputs under pressure

- Have 3 or more years experience with a "Big 4" accountancy firm, with specific experience in financial reporting, audit and tax

- Have a university degree in commerce / business studies and law, with minimum grades of 2:1 honours (or equivalent for overseas universities)

- Be fully qualified and accredited as a Chartered Accountant (or equivalent if overseas)

- Have previous experience working in the healthcare industry as a management accountant or financial accountant

- Have previous experience with M&A transactions, including liaising with investors and managing due diligence processes, to assist us in potential capital raising projects

- Have previous commercial law experience for reviewing material contracts and ensuring compliance with statutory reporting and regulatory requirements

- Believe in our mission to create radically better healthcare through the use of technology.
