The Role:
As a Business Development Manager you will identify and create new business opportunities, actively self-generating leads as well as utilising an extensive database. This role will involve selling a wide range of Catering Equipment solutions into Distributors. Liaising with several decision makers, you will use a consultative approach and represent yourself and the company in a well presented and polished manner.

The Candidate:
The ideal Business Development Manager will have a proven track record of sales within the restaurant industry, with a focus on selling equipment or systems. You must have a hunter mentality, with a real passion for prospecting and closing new business opportunities. You must have excellent communication, and negotiation skills. You must be passionate about the product you are selling and be well presented as a large part of the role will involve going out and meeting existing and new clients.

The Package:
Although the salary package will be negotiable dependent on previous experience, initial indication is base salary of between £45,000 and £55,000 basic, with uncapped £70,000 OTE, plus excellent benefits.
