£18,000 -£20,000 + Company benefits

An insurance intermediary who provide specialist advice in the arrangement of insurance protection for Private and Corporate clients who are used to having a highly professional and personal service are recruiting for a Mortgage Administrator to join their team.

You will be responsible for the following;

- To deliver an exceptional level of customer service, providing full administrative back up to all clients and adviser.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently is vital, especially when under pressure.
- Preparing and maintaining client files. To support business areas by processing various types of applications and enquiries. To ensure clients and individuals needs are considered and communicated.
- To adhere to industry and corporate controls, standards and procedures. Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail is maintained.
- To ensure and promote a high level of customer service at all times.
- Keep swift, in house data base, up to date with all changes to data and make relevant notes so that the client history is always up to date

- To acquire sufficient product-specific and company-specific knowledge required for the role.
- Providing administrative support to Adviser - following applications through from the application stage through to completion.
- Leasing with clients, solicitors, lenders, estate agents, accountants and life insurers as the applications progress.
- Ensuring all files are compliant to Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations.
- Data entry.
- Maintaining diary system to ensure clients receive relevant support at appropriate dates.
- Accurate and confidential records kept of all actions undertaken.

Strong administration experience, MSOffice and any knowledge of the industry is beneficial
