About the Role

As an Internal Communications Business Partner, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering the internal communication plan for your specific directorate. This will include communication to colleagues within your directorate, as well as any relevant messages coming out of your directorate across the wider Severn Trent Group. Working with the Senior Management Team and the relevant Executive Team members, you will deliver a suite of effective employee engagement and internal communication activities that with the overall Severn Trent strategy and communication plan, with the overall aim being we all work together to become the most trusted water company by 2020.

About You

With proven senior internal communications and engagement experience, as well as experience of leading change communications, the successful candidate will also have previous experience of managing a team, and in developing and implementing communication plans that help a business meet its goals. With leadership skills, event management and strong interpersonal skills, the successful candidate will have the ability to influence stakeholders, whilst also practicing a wide range of communications disciplines. In order to succeed in this role, you will be capable of influencing strategic thinking, bringing insight, creativity, and strong planning to the fore.
