Staff Nurse/Senior Staff Nurse - RMN/RNLD
Location: Edgbaston, Birmingham
Salary: £27,000 - £31,500 per annum - Highly Negotiable & Dependant on Experience
Hours: Days or Nights available, 37.5 hours per week +

The facility Time are recruiting for offers a treatment service for an array of individuals and services including acute mental health, addiction and substance misuse, CAMBS services and a ward for the provision of eating disorders.


The service which is previously accredited by the royal college of psychiatrists as a quality inpatient service, is expanding the 30 bedded acute service and a the 20 bedded PICU unit due to NHS demands; which specialises in assisting service users with addictions, eating disorders, anxiety disorders and users with drug or alcohol dependency.


Your role as the Staff Nurse or Senior Staff nurse ward will require you to assist the ward manager with:


-Training of junior staff
-Medication Audits
-CPA and risk assessment documentation
-Delivery of care
-Individual 1-2-1 and group therapy sessions
-Working within agreed quality standards, QNIC and health legislation

As a facility, the manager is a strong leader, well established and long standing with several years' experience and has a long standing staff nurse team in place, with excellent staff support on shift so you can be guaranteed you will be working with other nurses well versed in clinical practise.


The facility is fully CQC compliant and with the unit being new you will slowly help integrate new service users into the service. Before commencing the role you will receive a lengthy induction and a commitment to ongoing support.

-RMN or RNLD qualified
-NMC registered
-Strong knowledge of the mental health act

-Effective and excellent communication skills
