Claims Technical Manager
A leading UK insurance business has a key new opening within their claims function in this pivotal role as Claims Technical Manager.
You will report directly to the Head of Claims and will be responsible for the overall performance of the claims unit delivering key performance objectives whilst ensuring that claims standards are met.
You will have full strategic oversight for the direction of all claims handling across the business offering technical claims insight across all parts of the business.
The role will have full ownership of the claims quality audit function including claims reviews, claims supplier audits and client process audits.
It will be your responsibility to provide innovative proposals to improve the quality of claims handling and settlements. You will also provide input to, and sign off of, any technical claims handling training and development materials.
