A hugely well established recruitment business based in the heart of West End with a client base comprising many of the world's most recognised brands.
An opportunity has arisen for a Head of Temporaries to join this prestigious and privately owned recruitment consultancy with a history spanning over 24 years.
The role would best suit an existing Team Manager, or a Senior Temporaries' Controller / Consultant with 3+ years' experience who is highly ambitious and hoping to take the next step in their career.
Reporting directly to the MD, the Head of Temporaries will be primarily focussed on providing support to the existing team of five Temporaries' Consultants, as well as undertaking business development activities aimed at supporting the company's growth.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of the temporary recruitment environment, including but not limited to functions such as: candidate management; staffing rates and margins; employment legislation; payroll; best-practice resourcing processes; managing service level agreements and trends analysis.
The Head of Temporaries will also be required to assist in the development and execution of strategic business development activities. This will involve the management and nurturing of existing clients, as well as lead generation and conversion.
Experience with P&L and / or people management would be seen as advantageous, however training opportunities are available. A degree or equivalent qualification will also be highly regarded.

To achieve success within this Head of Temporaries role, you will have:
*Degree level education or equivalent
*3 + years' experience within a target-driven recruitment environment
*Senior management experience
*Experience training, mentoring and motivating staff
*Change management experience
*Proven track record of achieving targets
*Sales and negotiation experience gained at a senior level
*Ability to drive and monitor sales activity
*Professional, dynamic approach
