I am currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a leading and iconic beauty brand as their Business Manager where you will be responsible for looking after one of their key doors. The role is based within a well respected Department Store in Birmingham

Description

Effectively manage, motivate and support consultants to achieve and exceed target

  • Ensuring team are aware of target
  • Incentivise team to achieve target where appropriate
  • Coach consultants on performance issues
  • Plan and co-ordinate consultant rotas to ensure maximum cover during peak business hours
    • Make certain all tasks required for the effective operation of the counter are completed
    • Complete a monthly account business plan to compliment the marketing calendar
    • Arrange tailored events and on counter activity to ensure business plan is delivered
    • Awareness of competitor activity
    • Complete all paperwork and administration
    • Maintain stock book and manage stock control systems
  • Process new product and promotion orders with the buying and merchandising department

Profile

  • Experience of working in a sales environment and working to achieve targets
  • Previous People Management experience
  • Numerate, able to interpret sales information and recognise trends
  • Flexible - able to adapt and vary approach
  • Enthusiastic and energetic
