The role:
As business development executive, your main responsibilities will be generating new leads, chasing these leads and closing deals in order to grow profitable revenues for the company by targeting a variety of different industries offering a wide range of software solutions. You will also be in charge of managing accounts and building relationships with existing clients. This will be a field based role with lots of face to face interaction.

The candidate:
The successful business development executive will be a vibrant and self-motivated individual who can work under pressure to meet and exceed their sales targets, a hunger and drive to succeed is key. Experience within time and attendance software sales or a similar software is needed. The Business development executive will need to be well organised, confident, a great communicator and be happy to travel, as the role will be filed based.

The package:
For the position of business development executive, you will be offered a basic salary of £22,000, a strong commission structure offering an OTE of £30,000, car, phone and laptop are also included.
