Joining our fast pace, passionate team working at an amazing location, you will maximise income opportunities so that the profit can be reinvested back into our important conservation work.

What it's like to work here

Established in the 20th century, this hillside arboretum has now been maintained by the National Trust for 60 years and has built up a collection of more than 1,000 different shrubs and trees, many of them rare. Visit any time of year for a delightful stroll through the personal plant collection of one man, who was passionate about shrubs and trees. The Collection and setting are too unique to ever disappoint.

The tea-room is outside the paying area of the arboretum, so feel free to come down and treat yourself to our wholesome range of home baked food for no extra charge. All our cakes are made on the day using local ingredients wherever possible, so you know you're getting a natural product to match your warm welcome.

As the Catering Manager your role is to provide leadership and support to your team.
