Are you a highly experienced Sales Executive from an Aerospace background looking for a challenging new role that offers variety and progression?

This company is a leading aircraft support business within the Aerospace industry and due to rapid expansion are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join their dynamic team covering a global territory.

The main purpose of this role is to be responsible for generating sales and purchasing opportunities to support the strategic objectives of the company. The role will be predominantly focused towards Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facilities and Operators. Efficient and professional customer service is essential to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales revenue.

The ideal candidate will have relevant aerospace experience in a customer or sales focused role. They will hold a degree in a technical or business related discipline and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive wanting to take on a challenging role that will allow them to travel the world as a part of a company offering long term progression.

The Role:
*Establishing new sales channels whilst growing existing accounts.
*Initiate, develop and preserve customer relationships at all levels.
*Monitor Key Account KPIs.
*Working closely with all Sales Executives and the Head of Sales.
*Develop and execute sales strategy to ensure business objectives are met.
*International travel and attendance to tradeshows, conferences and air shows.

The Person:
*Experience in an international sales position in the Aerospace Industry.
*Experience executing sales strategy in order to ensure objectives are met.
*Highly motivated and a proven track record of generating sales.
*Good knowledge of the international MRO market or related industry experience such as *component sales or aerospace engine experience.
*Have no restrictions and be able to travel worldwide.
*A full clean driving license.
