JOB TITLE: Marketing Manager


REPORTING TO: Managing Director

Location:  Binley, Coventry

SALARY: £32000 to £37000 per annum

THE ROLE: Responsible for managing the team and all marketing activities across all product ranges, the development of strategic marketing plans and the management of the Brand Managers


  • Develop, contribute to and implement marketing plans and strategies
  • Lead on the production/delivery of websites and exhibitions
  • Manage digital marketing activities including the monthly GROW!T newsletter for the UK and other markets as well as ensuring websites and social media channels are updated and managed effectively
  • Evaluate and report upon the effectiveness of different marketing channels and activities
  • Monitor competitor activity
  • Develop strong consumer and product awareness
  • Manage internal designers and any external agencies
  • Manage PR agency and activity
  • Support and manage the marketing team
  • Conduct relevant market research, present findings and recommendations
  • Monitor and analyse market trends
  • Work with sales team to increase sales penetration, develop cross sales and up sales
  • Explore ways of improving existing products and services, to increase profitability
  • Identify target markets and develop strategies to communicate with themTravel to trade shows, conferences and sales meetingsManage the development of product videos for our client YouTube channelOther responsibilities commensurate with the role
