Craegmoor has services across England, Wales, Scotland & Northern Ireland, all providing innovative, creative support enabling people with mental health problems, autism and learning disabilities to live the lives they want and have the opportunities they deserve.
The Old Rectory in Brede, rated 'Good' during its most recent CQC inspection, has the facilities to support up to 16 adults with learning disabilities, who may also have an attached diagnosis such as autism, diabetes, Down's syndrome or epilepsy. This is a great opportunity for an exceptional and experienced Manager, ideally with some experience of autism-related disabilities, who will be integral in leading the team to shape and develop the service strategy, and inspire the staff team to provide the highest quality of person-centred support. The successful candidate will have an excellent working knowledge of CQC standards and associated regulations, with exceptional leadership and organisational skills.
Committed to quality assurance, you will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service.
