The Opportunity


A large UK based commercial insurance company are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking sales support representative to join their support team of 12. If you have experience of working in a sales support team then this is a great chance to join a growing team. A salary of £17,300 alongside a well-rounded benefits package is being offered along with a well mapped career path. The Role

The successful applicant will be handle all post sale admin and customer service, taking responsibility for ensuring applications are underwritten, customer expectation met and managed efficiently. Make sure you deliver on all service standards and performance targets are met. Make sure all customer applications are submitted, making sure all information entered is correct often dealing with sensitive information. Issuing all supported paperwork and documents making sure that their customers know what their next stages are and kept updated regularly. Liaising with sales advisors and insurers to manage the internal processes and ensure customer applications are a priority and dealing with any ad-hoc requirements. This will be shift work working 35 hours a week.

Skills / Experience

·Experience of working within an insurance/ FCA regulated company

·Sales support experience

·Previous experience within a target driven environment

·Credit check is required

·Minimum 5 GCSE’s
