Sales Manager - Automotive OEM Tier 1 & 2
A $13bn Global Manufacturing Group requires an experienced Automotive Sales Engineer / Sales Manager to manage and develop sales with Automotive OEM, tier 1 and tier 2 suppliers across UK.
BASIC: £45,900 - £55,000 + OTE £56,000 – £66,000 + Company Car + Group Pension + Additional Group Benefits
LOCATION – Homebased covering the UK

As part of our European sales operation, we wish to recruit a Sales Engineer / Sales Manager – Automotive OEM UK to join one of our specialist divisions that develops, manufactures and supplies high-performance products / solutions across a wide variety of technical applications to Automotive OEM, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Sales Manager Automotive OEM Tier 1 & 2
We would be delighted to receive applications from individuals who:
* Are experienced Sales Engineers / Key Account Managers / Sales Managers with a proven track record of sales and business development with Automotive OEM, Tier 1 and Tier 2 across the UK. That could be consumables, components or sub-systems as long as the sell is specification based and project led
* Are self-motivated, able to work off their own initiative and be the “Lead / Product Champion” for our organisation in the UK

* We are looking for experienced, ambitious Sales Engineers / Sales Managers selling to the automotive, tier 1 & 2 arenas that have the potential to take on greater responsibilities

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES –
A more detailed brief will be made available to those who are shortlisted but in brief, as part of the European Automotive OEM team, you will:
* Develop and grow sales revenue and market share with a primary focus on UK Automotive OEM, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers
* Manage existing accounts and analyse, identify, qualify and develop new, profitable long term business opportunities
* Implement the plans and strategies of the Group across the UK
* Develop the division’s ability to meet customer or market needs with a product, service or solution. Understand and positively react to the voice of the customer and their respective market
* Establish, develop and maintain regular business contacts outside direct target accounts that will further strengthen the capabilities and potential revenue streams
