The Client

Our client are a market leading software house specialising in the build of bespoke software to a UK wide customer base. Immersed in leading edge technologies and at the forefront of innovation they consistency exceed client expectations in the consultancy, development implementation and support of bespoke software systems with a focus on improving business efficiencies. At the start of embarking on a 2 year growth plan the business is now recruiting for two exciting positions in the Business Development team to increase revenues significantly past an already impressive turnover starting point.


Defining strategies to secure the business of national Accounts for clients that have a software pain point Define and implement sales strategies for your given vertical market to develop relationships and ultimately secure revenueWith a keen focus on new business, prospect and build a pipeline of potential new clientsGenerating leads via multiple channels and convertingWorking collaboratively, communicate and join forces with multiple departments to ensure the best technical proposition for the clientResponsible for targeted revenue achievement, report on sales performance and forecasting

Experience Required

·Successful candidates will have experience in IT Sales in a technical environment specifically selling standalone software or Saas

·Successful candidates will possess experience of selling into at least 1 of the Healthcare and/or 3rd sector NGO’s/Charities

·Extensive senior-level corporate sales / business development experience in a National or international environment, using a structured and systems facilitated approach to sales

·Experience in submitting successful bids through tendering processes

·A high level of business acumen and financial awareness

·Ability to work throughout a broad cross-section of society

·An affinity with technology products


·£50,000 - £60,000 Basic salary
