The company offers a non-capped commission plan and the successful candidate will undergo full training in Florida USA. With offices in Palm Beach Gardens, FL & Vero Beach, FL and the United Kingdom.

This is an office-based role in building the team to sell into a defined territory. As the Inside Sales Director, your duties will be to:

  • Build and mentor an inside team of currently 2 people, growing to 6 by the end of this year as the business expands.
  • Be responsible for ensuring that monthly, quarterly and annual targets are met in terms of calls made, prospective customers qualified and deals closed.
  • Identify, maximize, and close opportunities in an assigned territory.
  • Qualify and convert inbound leads into customers.
  • Achieve weekly - monthly targets.
  • Meet the expectation of call volumes and talk time.
  • Ability to conduct a discovery session with prospects and answer high level product and technical questions.
  • Ability to provide a product demonstration.
  • Engage with partners and assist in cycles, prospect qualification, and deal closure.
  • Build relationships with selected partners to maximize exposure and customer reach.

To be a successful Inside Sales Director you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in software technology sales with a strong focus on security and analytics software.
  • Solid direct inside sales experience in B2B volume software market.
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, problem-solving and self-motivational skills.
  • A strong desire to succeed - tenacious, goal-oriented, persistent, with follow through.
  • Ability to communicate effectively on the phone.
  • Previous experience of selling security software is ideal.

In return, the Inside Sales Director will receive a basic salary of £60,000 circa with an OTE of £120,000.
