CRM Effectiveness & Optimisation Manager

Package: up to £70,000 plus fantastic benefits package!
Location: Staines, Surrey

The Role:
As part of their change programme aligning the company's structure with their strategic growth objectives, they fully understand the potential that a strong CRM Effectiveness & Optimization team can offer their campaign effectiveness. You will be responsible for driving efficiencies and the continuous improvement of marketing effectiveness capabilities across all targeted CRM Best Next Action and Lifecycle Campaign activity across multiple channels and Brands.

As a key member of the CRM Effectiveness & Optimization team you will develop end-to-end understanding of current and future potential performance across all data enabled CRM Best Next Action strategies ensuring insight is fully leveraged to drive continuous improvement in all strategic, tactical and planning & development through full participation in these processes.

You will have overall ownership for the delivery of dashboards, reports and analytics for all campaign effectiveness, model performance and optimisation; delivering actionable insights that keep the customer at the heart of the decision and drive real business value.

Can you:
- Demonstrate over 5 years of experience driving Marketing Effectiveness improvement and implementing a best practice approach to campaign value maximisation?
- Show experience of multi-channel trigger and Best Next Action CRM activity?
- Use customer insight and statistical models to develop customer contact plans, allocating customer investment, targeting communications and developing propositions?
- Manage a team of analysts and/or virtual teams?
- Demonstrate strong understanding of analytical campaign reports to make recommendations for future test and learn?
- Apply customer segmentation, value and propensity models in Acquisition, Retention and Cross Sell Strategies with solid experience in analysis tools, predictive and descriptive modelling?
- Use industry leading data and analytical tools such as SAS and SQL to interrogate and manipulate data?
